Inclusion levels of OBSCN exons
Instructions:
◉ The application is suited for PC use and is not currently touch-friendly (
i.e. suitable for use with mobile phones and tables).
◉ Brush (
i.e. Left-click and drag) to Zoom.
◉ Left-click once, anywhere outside the selected area on the plot, to zoom out.
◉ When you Zoom you can also see the inclusion levels of the first 5 exons in the selected region as box plots.
◉ The box plots extend from 25th till 75th percentile; the thick horizontal line represents the median.
◉ The boxplot whiskers show 1.5 times the interquartile range. The outliers are values higher and lower than the interquartile range.
◉ The rhombi (or diamonds) in the box plots show the mean of PSI values.
◉ Due to low replication (n<5), the individual values for FH samples are shown in the box plots.
◉ The numbers in the plot (written in black colour) show the exon numbers.
◉ Pvalues beneathe the box plots are resulted by DESeq2 test (Null hypothesis: exon inclusion in the compared samples are distributed similarly.)
◉ Pvalues are adjusted for multiple testing using the Benjamini Hochberg method. The adjusted results are shown with FDR.
◉ The exon annotations of the analyzed transcripts of OBSCN
are available here !
◉ The PSIVIS vsiualization for
TTN is accessible here !
