Inclusion levels of TTN exons

Instructions:

◉ Brush (i.e. Left-click-hold and drag mouse) to Zoom.
◉ Left-click mouse once to zoom out.
◉ When you Zoom you can also see the inclusion levels of the 6 exons on the left side of the selected region as box plots.
◉ The numbers in the line plot (written in black colour) show the exon numbers.
◉ Pvalues beneathe the box plots are resulted by DESeq2 test (Null hypothesis: exon inclusion in the compared samples are distributed similarly.)
◉ Pvalues are adjusted for multiple testing using the Benjamini Hochberg method. The adjusted results are shown with FDR.

◉ M: Muscle vs Heart comparison.
◉ A: Adult vs Fetal comparison.
◉ AM: Adult Muscle vs other studied samples comparison.
◉ AH: Adult Heart vs other studied samples comparison.
